Introducing the ‘modern day wedding invite’
You may wonder why you would need a website for in the plans leading up to your wedding? Well, let us explain:
In today's modern world your guests need to be able to RSVP to your wedding in a quick and convenient way, they may also want to know more details such as hen/stag arrangements, wedding gift lists, dietary requirements and other important information.
This is where RRdigital could help. After a meeting to discuss the theme and design of what you are looking for, we will design and send your invitations/save the date cards to your guests with your very own website address on for them to look at and RSVP to. It will be a way of keeping everyone updated in a personal way. The website would mimic the invitation, holding information such as the date, time and location all within the same theme and style of the invite. You could then just send the link around on social media, keeping everyone updated with the events.
The web address would be your names e.g www.jess&benswedding.co.uk and each invite would go out with this address on.
RSVP Feature & Dietry requirements
The website would have an RSVP option so that your guests could reply easily straight to your email address. We could even provide your email specifically for the big day e.g ‘BridetobeJess@jess&benswedding.co.uk’ and ‘GroomtobeBen@jess&benswedding.co.uk.’
Keeping your guests up to date with arrangements/leaving messages on the site
You would be able to write updates, travel arrangements get your guests to ask any questions they may have, share contact names and numbers, create events for the hen/stag weekends.. everything would be in one place.
Introduce Chief Bridesmaid/Best Man, leave their contact details so its easy to arrange hen /stag party ideas
We have all been to hen parties or stag doos where not everyone knows each other. Allow you party to 'get to know each other', create an email address for the chief bridesmaid so that anyone can email her, asking for secret info about the hen party.
Suggest areas that your guests could stay with links to the hotel booking form, or let them know about the bus you have booked to take them from the church to the reception....
Link your gift list to the website so that your guests can easily access the information they need to buy you a special gift for the big day.
Upload Photos, Share easily on Social Media Websites
After the wedding you can upload your photos, get your friends to upload theirs and then share the website link with everyone. Easily allows people who may not have been able to make the day such as family who live the other side of the world and couldn't make the event feel included.
